We founded Bridge Jewellers with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Return / Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your item you can return it within 14 days for a full refund* provided the item is returned in the same condition it was sold in.
After the 14 days we can offer store credit for returns between 14 – 31 days.
For any returns after the 31 days, where the item isn’t faulty we will offer to purchase the item from you.
Return Process
The easiest and most efficient way to return an item is to bring it back into the store during our open hours Tue – Sat.
To return an item by post, please email customer service on bridgejewellers@gmail.com to advise us of the return. Once a return and refund/exchange or trade has been agreed. Place the item securely in its original packaging (include your proof of purchase) and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
*Excluded return items: Earrings, Accidentally damaged items after they have left the store.
